1. What You Are Buying

All products sold on this website are digital image files. You are purchasing a downloadable file — not a physical print, not a framed artwork, and not an exclusive license unless separately agreed upon in writing.

2. File Delivery

Your files are delivered automatically via email immediately after your payment is confirmed. Here is what to expect:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with a secure download link

  • The download link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase

  • You are allowed up to 5 download attempts per purchase

  • If your link expires or you exceed the download limit, contact us and we will renew it

3. File Formats and Resolution

All digital images are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files unless otherwise stated on the product page. Typical file specifications:

  • Format: JPEG (.jpg)

  • Resolution: 300 DPI — suitable for large format printing

  • Color profile: sRGB

  • File size: varies by image, typically between 10MB and 50MB

If you need a specific format or color profile (such as TIFF or Adobe RGB), please contact us before purchasing.

4. Personal Use License

Every purchase includes a Personal Use License. This means you may:

  • Print the image for personal or home decoration in any size

  • Use it as a digital wallpaper or screensaver

  • Share it privately with friends and family

  • Store it on your personal devices

5. What Is Not Allowed

The following uses are strictly prohibited under the Personal Use License:

  • Selling or redistributing the image in any form

  • Using the image for commercial purposes — advertising, marketing, products for sale, social media promotion for a business, etc.

  • Publishing the image on stock photo websites

  • Editing and presenting the image as your own work

  • Removing or altering any embedded metadata or copyright information

  • Printing and reselling as physical products

Violation of these terms may result in legal action under US copyright law.

6. Commercial Use

If you need to use an image for commercial purposes, please contact us directly to discuss a commercial license. Commercial use includes but is not limited to:

  • Business websites and social media

  • Advertising and marketing campaigns

  • Product packaging

  • Editorial publications

Commercial licenses are priced separately and agreed upon in writing.

7. Copyright Ownership

All images remain the exclusive intellectual property of Florentina Mirica. Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the image. All rights not explicitly granted in this policy are reserved.

8. Device Compatibility

Our digital files are compatible with all major devices and operating systems including Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android. You will need a standard image viewer or editing software to open your files — no special software is required.

9. Technical Support

If you experience any technical difficulties with your download or files, contact us within 30 days of purchase at the address below. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
